- May I bring my children?
We love your kids, but we want our wedding to be your night off. We’d rather you at our reception celebrating than in the hotel room taking care of them.
- What is the dress code?
Semi-formal to formal. We want this to be a night for everyone to look their best!
- Can I bring a plus one?
We accidentally forgot to include whether our guests had a plus one on the physical invitation, we appologize for that error. When you RSVP, you will be able to specify the name of your plus one if one was included in your invitation.
- What will the weather be like?
The weather in New England in February is typically cold and snowy. Make sure to bring warm clothes and if you rent a car, get something will all wheel drive, just in case.
- Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?
Check out the Events page for all event locations.
- What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony there will be a brief outdoor celebration.
- What should I do if I can’t make it?
You will be missed! If you can’t make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
- How do I get to the venue?
Check out our Travel page for information on getting to the venues.
- What time should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! We plan to start the ceremony promptly at 3:00 PM.
- Where should guests park? Is parking free?
We recommend people park at the Federal Plaza Garage 570 Main Street, Worcester, MA. This garage is located adjacent to both venues. Parking at the Federal Plaza Garage is available for an affordable rate.
There are some parking lots in the area, but many of them will tow.
Limited metered street parking is available in the area. The city does ticket, so if you choose to park on the street, be sure to feed the meter.
- Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
Check out the Travel page for hotel information.
- When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
The RSVP deadline is January 10th, 2021. Please make every effort to RSVP before the deadline so we have an accurate count. If we don’t hear from you, we will reach out to confirm if you can make it.
RSVPs are only accepted online.
- Where are you registered?
We are registered on Amazon.
- Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Ceremony : During the ceremony, we request that you do not take pictures. We feel this distracts from the most important part of our day. We would prefer that you are fully present during the ceremony, and leave those photos to the professionals.
Reception : Please take as many pictures as you’d like! Feel free to post them on social media too, just make sure we get a copy ;)
Please use our hashtag #GibbonsYouAllMyLove
- I still have questions, what is the best way to contact you?
